Refund Policy

1. Overview

At JessyWell Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

• Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your item at info@jessywell.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

2. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If the item is being exchanged due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank account again.

• Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the steps in Section 4 above.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

10. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside Turkey:

• Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid custom charges.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred for international returns.
